Creator Command Center Privacy Policy
Creator Command Center (CCC) is a private workspace operated by Kerri Bingaman for her own businesses. It is used to prepare, review and plan content. CCC is not offered as an account-management service to other customers. This notice concerns CCC; Enchanted Foxx Design Club membership and storefront policies remain separate.
Information and use
CCC uses sign-in information to protect the owner’s workspace. Saved information may include business and product details, tasks and projects, uploaded artwork and finished designs, briefs and captions, drafts and approvals, planned dates and time zones, AI request history, and publishing statuses and receipts.
When a social-account connection is separately authorized, CCC may store profile and selected account or Page identifiers, permissions, expiry details and encrypted managed authorization credentials. Platform permissions may allow access beyond the information CCC actually requests; their consent screens describe that access.
Information is used to organize the owner’s work, prepare content, record approvals and check publishing outcomes. CCC uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its underlying Cloudflare database and file storage. Separately approved AI requests send the selected context and requested content to the OpenAI API; image editing also sends the selected image. When publishing is enabled and a post is approved, the chosen platform receives its media, caption and account information and may make that content public. Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider arrangements.
Storage, retention and choices
The workspace requires owner sign-in. Browser storage can hold draft recovery, recent-work and preference information. Draft recovery has a seven-day expiry checked when accessed; this is not a guarantee that every copy is physically erased after seven days. Hosting and connected services may also process technical information.
CCC has no general automatic purge schedule or fixed backup-expiry period. Information may remain until reviewed for manual removal. Protected delivery records, uncertain publishing outcomes, shared records and backups may require separate handling or remain retained. A manual request does not guarantee immediate or complete erasure of every copy. Provider-held records and already published posts are separate from CCC’s storage.
