Help & downloads
A little guidance for your next creative chapter.
Membership questions, file help and a human hello. Contact Kerri at kerri@enchantedfox.co.
What is included in Design Club?
One paid, active all-access membership lets you download every digital product in the Design Club library from Enchanted Foxx and Court & Candlelight. This includes PNG artwork, tumbler wraps, wall art, reading journals, book-club kits and coloring pages. Collections are browsing categories, with no separate membership tiers or per-download charges. Item-specific usage terms apply. EWC is separate. Membership is open at $19.99/month (USD), renewing monthly until canceled.
How do I open my downloads?
Design Club supplies digital files; nothing physical is shipped. Extract ZIP files before opening their contents. Open PNGs in a compatible design app and PDFs in a PDF reader.
For the Celestial journal, choose the hyperlinked edition for tablet handwriting or the separate printable edition for paper.

What happens if I cancel my membership?
Cancellation stops future renewal. You keep download access until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation or expiry ends protected library access and further downloads when the paid period ends; it does not end previously granted usage rights. You keep personal-use rights, and any commercial-use rights permitted by the item’s license, to designs lawfully downloaded while your membership was paid and active. This includes continuing to create and sell permitted finished physical products through Etsy or Shopify and print-on-demand through Printify or Printful. Item-specific restrictions continue to apply. Reselling, sharing, redistributing, sublicensing or repackaging original digital artwork, and sharing membership accounts or sign-in credentials, are prohibited. Membership is $19.99/month (USD), renewing monthly until canceled.
How can I get help with an item or account?
Email Kerri at kerri@enchantedfox.co with the item name, the email connected to your account or order, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot can help.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or authentication codes. For an Etsy purchase, you can also use Etsy Messages from that order.
How do I use the journal’s hyperlinks?
Import the hyperlinked PDF into a note-taking app or PDF reader that supports internal links. Use its reading or link mode to tap a contents card, side tab, month or review number, then switch to writing mode for notes. This is a handwriting journal, not a typed fillable form.
How should I print the Celestial Reading Journal?
Use the separate printable edition on US Letter paper at Actual Size / 100%. Test a page first. For duplex printing, choose flip on the long edge and test two sheets before printing the full journal. You can print only the templates you need.
Can I use the downloads commercially?
Check each item’s usage terms before using it. Membership does not grant blanket commercial permission or replace an item’s license. Keep the item details and license with your saved file.
Can I still buy a single item on Etsy?
Yes. Both Enchanted Foxx and Court & Candlelight remain available on Etsy for individual purchases. A shop’s full Etsy catalog may differ from the eligible member library.
Is Enchanted Wedding Collective included?
No. Enchanted Wedding Collective is an entirely separate brand and is not included in Design Club.
What is The Foxx Shop? Do I need a membership?
The Foxx Shop is our Printify Pop-Up Store for finished physical products featuring Enchanted Foxx designs—no crafting required. Everyone can shop; no membership is needed. Physical products are purchased separately and are not included in your digital Design Club membership. Orders and checkout take place in Printify, and your items are shipped to you. Use The Foxx Shop link in the top menu to visit.
