Digital files, membership access and where to turn if something goes wrong.
Membership is open at $19.99/month (USD), renewing monthly until canceled. Review the price, renewal schedule and purchase terms before enrolling.
Membership cancellation.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Members keep download access until the end of their current paid period. Access to new member downloads then ends. Cancellation or expiry ends protected library access and further downloads when the paid period ends; it does not end previously granted usage rights. You keep personal-use rights, and any commercial-use rights permitted by the item’s license, to designs lawfully downloaded while your membership was paid and active. This includes continuing to create and sell permitted finished physical products through Etsy or Shopify and print-on-demand through Printify or Printful. Item-specific restrictions continue to apply. Reselling, sharing, redistributing, sublicensing or repackaging original digital artwork, and sharing membership accounts or sign-in credentials, are prohibited.

Digital downloads and file problems.
Design Club supplies digital files rather than physical goods, so there is no return shipping. If a file is missing, damaged, the wrong file or substantially different from its description, contact us with the item name and the problem so we can help.
Refund requests are reviewed in context, including the purchase, delivery and issue described. This page does not promise a particular refund outcome or limit any rights that apply to your purchase. Review the purchase terms shown at checkout for the applicable refund arrangements.
Information that helps.
- The email used for your account or order.
- The item name and order reference, if available.
- A short description of the issue and a screenshot where helpful.
Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or authentication codes.
Purchases made on Etsy.
Individual Etsy purchases are separate from Design Club membership. Use the relevant Etsy order and shop policy when asking about an Etsy purchase; contacting the shop through Etsy Messages keeps its order information together.
