Email kerri@enchantedfox.co if you have a question about personal information connected with Enchanted Foxx Design Club, want to update your details or wish to make a privacy request. We may need enough information to identify the relevant account or order.

Information connected with the store.

Using the storefront may involve information you provide through an account, order, newsletter signup or support request, along with technical and browsing information handled by the store platform and any enabled services.

Account, order and support information is used to operate the store, provide access and downloads, handle purchase questions and respond to messages. Marketing preferences are separate from membership access; use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails when you no longer want them.

Store and payment services.

This storefront runs on OpoShop by EverBee. Checkout and other enabled services may process information under their own privacy notices. Review the notices shown by a service when you use it. Please do not email passwords, payment-card numbers or authentication codes to support.

Cookies and browser choices.

The platform provides a cookie policy and cookie preferences for the storefront. Those controls describe the categories of technologies available and let you manage optional choices where offered. Browser settings may provide additional controls.

Newsletter and launch updates.

Newsletter signup is optional and is used for the updates described beside the form. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact kerri@enchantedfox.co with questions about a marketing preference.

Links to the Etsy shops.

Etsy purchases and visits to the two Etsy shops take place on Etsy. Etsy’s privacy information and the applicable shop policies apply to those services. Enchanted Wedding Collective operates separately from Design Club.

Paid membership is not open yet. Privacy details will be reviewed with the final account, checkout and email setup before launch.
