Your files, made simple.

1. Start with the item details.

Check the listed file formats, image dimensions, print sizes, included pages, app requirements and usage terms. A category illustration shows the style of the collection; the individual item preview shows what that download contains.

2. Save a copy to your device.

Sign in with the account connected to your active membership to access eligible downloads. Give each saved file a clear folder so it is easy to find again. For an individual Etsy purchase, use the download instructions supplied with that Etsy order.

3. Open the right file.

• ZIP: extract or uncompress the archive first, then open the files inside.
• PNG: open it in an image editor or compatible design program. Check whether the item includes transparency and whether its dimensions suit your project.
• Printable PDF: open it in a PDF reader and use the stated paper size. Start with one test page.
• Hyperlinked PDF journal: import it into a compatible note-taking app or PDF reader. A standard image viewer will not provide the same navigation or handwriting tools.

4. Make the Celestial journal your own.

The journal includes two separate editions. Choose the hyperlinked edition for tablet handwriting and navigation, or the printable edition for paper. Both are undated, with 100 pages and 30 two-page review spreads.

• Tap the digital contents cards, side tabs, month links or review numbers to move around.
• If a link does not respond, switch from writing mode to your app’s reading or link mode.
• Print the paper edition on US Letter at Actual Size / 100%.
• For duplex printing, select flip on the long edge and test a few pages before printing everything.
• Print or reuse only the templates you need.

5. Check the fit before making.

For wraps, compare the artwork measurements with your actual tumbler blank. For wall art, use the included size or aspect ratio rather than stretching the image. For journals, check the app or printer settings before starting a whole project.

6. Keep the usage terms with the file.

Permission varies by item. Membership access does not grant a blanket license to sell, redistribute or share every file. Keep the item details and usage terms with your download for reference.
